Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (such as website files or design assets created specifically for you) transfers to the client, except for third-party components, licensed assets, and our own pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies, which remain our property or that of their respective owners.

Payment schedules are set out in each project's proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may pause on overdue invoices, and our Refund Policy governs eligibility for refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSpider Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
