Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled across our services. Specific refund terms in a signed proposal or service agreement take precedence over this general policy.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Website and design projects

Projects are typically billed in milestones (for example: signup, design approval, and launch). Once a milestone is approved in writing, the fee for that milestone is non-refundable, as it reflects work already completed and approved.

If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, any amount paid for work not yet started is refundable; amounts corresponding to work already in progress are billed proportionally and are non-refundable.

Marketing and advertising retainers

Monthly service fees for SEO, social media, content, and campaign management cover the time and expertise applied during that period and are non-refundable once the month has begun, since work commences immediately upon payment.

Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar) is paid directly to the advertising platform, not to OneSpider Digital, and is governed by that platform's own refund and billing policies. We do not hold or refund ad spend on the platform's behalf.

Cancellations

Ongoing monthly engagements can be cancelled with the notice period specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days). You remain responsible for fees covering the notice period and any work already completed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss a specific situation, contact us at info@onespiderdigital.com with your project or invoice details. We review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time you engaged our services governs that engagement, unless we notify you of a change that applies retroactively.
